I'm a Principal Engineer at Pixelmatters, a digital product studio in Porto. Most of my time goes into engineering leadership: managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, shaping how we hire and grow talent, and making technical decisions across client and internal projects alongside design and product leadership.
Before that, ten-plus years as a frontend engineer — architecture, performance, and code built to last. It's been a long time since the job was just about code, but I never stopped building.
